The father, who, according to his mother's stories, is a diplomat traveling around the world, actually turns out to be an alcoholic who drank the last thing they had: an apartment. In an attempt to get justice and help her family, Anka, unbeknownst to herself, slides into the abyss of insanity so deeply that it seems there will never be a way back.
