導演周浩認識了兩位“朋友”，其中一位人稱“龍哥”，周浩與他們之間的交往構成了這部片子。剛開始相處的時候，周浩只是隨手拍攝一些素材，但隨著時間的推移，周浩開始有目的和他們交“朋友”，同時，這幾位“朋友”們奇蹟般地允許周浩進入他們的生活——他們吸毒也販毒的生活。主人公“阿龍”知道周浩“需要”他，他一次次跟周浩借錢，影片總是在借錢、信誓旦旦戒毒、復吸中週而復始....
