However, having moved out on a mission, young Frost loses his magic staff, and he finds himself somewhere on the outskirts of Moscow. The magical power hidden in the staff is possessed by an official who uses it for his own purposes. And Frost-son is trying to navigate the New Year's metropolis and cope with the difficult task set for him.
